General Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of the payment processing services offered by nuqui. to merchants ("The Merchant") operating in Colombia.

1. Service Description

nuqui. acts as a technology service provider and payment gateway, facilitating payments through local Colombian methods (PSE, Nequi, Daviplata, Efecty, etc.). nuqui. is not a financial institution.

2. Merchant Obligations

The Merchant agrees to sell lawful goods under Colombian legislation (Law 1480 of 2011), not to use the platform for prohibited activities, and to provide truthful information (KYB).

3. Fund Settlement

The collected funds will be settled into the designated bank account, deducting the agreed commissions, within the established timeframes.

4. Chargebacks and Fraud

The Merchant assumes financial responsibility for chargebacks generated by its customers.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
