Personal Data Treatment Policy
In accordance with the provisions of Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, and other corresponding regulations of the Republic of Colombia, nuqui. establishes this Personal Data Treatment Policy.
1. Objective
To establish the criteria for the collection, storage, use, circulation, and deletion of personal data processed by nuqui. in the development of its corporate purpose as a payment gateway.
2. Purpose of Processing
The personal data provided will be used to: process payment transactions; perform due diligence (KYC) and anti-money laundering (SARLAFT) processes; comply with legal obligations and reporting to competent authorities (e.g., UIAF, DIAN, SFC); and customer support.
3. Rights of the Data Subjects
As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to know, update, rectify and delete your information, as well as to revoke the authorization granted.
4. Information Security
nuqui. implements necessary technical, human and administrative measures to provide security to the records, in line with the PCI-DSS standard.
